FiberTech Optica
Integrated fiber optic solutions – Highly complex assemblies
Incorporated in 2000 and established in Canada, FiberTech Optica provides specialty fiber optic solutions for applications including spectroscopy, astronomy and space, process control and remote sensing, illumination, LIDAR, biomedical and general research and instrumentation. The company develops highly complex fiber optic bundles, matrices, and arrays (linear, 2D, and V-groove) as well as specialty fiber optic patchcords, high-power laser cables, and reflectance probes.
IDIL Fibres Optiques
Photonic solutions provider – Engineering, integration, and production
Founded in 1995, IDIL is a French company specializing in the engineering, design, and manufacturing of cutting-edge fiber optic assemblies and systems tailored to the needs of science, defense, and industry (aeronautics, space, healthcare, agri-food, sensing, quantum, lasers). They offer fiber optic assemblies & components, optoelectronic systems & lasers, spectrometers & confocals, as well as photonics engineering services.
SEDI-ATI Fibres Optiques
Extreme environments expert – Fiber optic assemblies
Established in 2012 as the successor to two firms founded in 1951 (ATI Optique) and 1972 (SEDI Fibres Optiques), SEDI-ATI is a French company specializing in the design and manufacturing of custom-made passive fiber optic assemblies for complex and extreme environments such as those met in the demanding defense, space, industrial, datacom, quantum, and medical markets. They offer fiber-optic hermetic feedthroughs, multimode couplers & multiplexers, specialty patchcords, and deployable spools for drone guidance.

Acquisition of FiberTech Optica, a specialist in the design and manufacture of highly complex fiber optic bundles and arrays for applications such as spectroscopy, astronomy, space, process monitoring, LIDAR, and biomedical.
2024 • December
Acquisition of IDIL Fibres optiques, a specialist in the production of optical components and in the design, development and assembly of complete optical systems for the Science, Defense & Industry, including aeronautics, space, healthcare, agri-food, sensing, quantum, and lasers.
2023 • July
Creation of the group by YOTTA CAPITAL PARTNERS and JFVHS.
Acquisition of SEDI-ATI Fibres Optiques, a specialist in the design and manufacture of optical fiber assemblies for complex or extreme environments, for the demanding defense, space, industrial, datacom, quantum, and medical markets.
